Wednesday, Week 11:

Daily comments:
Awwwww man!!  I just got an email from our video guy at church.  Mine and Marty's video that we did last night, the sound quality is a bit low, so he would like to reshoot tonight.  Awwwwww man!!  I thought I had it done and behind me.  Well we reshot it.  He has a big professional camera and he put a mic on me.  I can't tell you how it looked.  I will be surprised on Sunday with everyone else.

Melissa and Arianna came and had lunch with Steve, Marty and me today. She is precious, 7 weeks old.


Exercise:

A cold front must have come in last night.  It was chilly out on the back porch doing my Kettlebells and dumbells.  I added two more Kettlebell exercises, for the stomach muscles, half get-ups and sit ups holding the Kettlebell on your chest.  I did these in the warmth of my living room.  20 minutes!
