Wednesday and Thursday, Week 12:

Daily comments:
Wednesday -My morning was terrific!  I went out to lunch and had very good grilled vegetable tacos but about 2:00 p.m. I started getting stomach cramps.  They continued and did not go away.  So my Dinner meal was only two pieces of toast with butter and a hot tea and I went to bed.  I had severe stomach cramps and I slept on a heating pad all night long.

Thursday -I had a OBGYN doctor's appointment at 10:00 a.m.  I mentioned to the doctor my supposed food poisoning.  She said I should go home and go to bed and let it run it's course.  So here I am blogging and about to get in the bed.  I am sure I will either eat another two pieces of toast for dinner or crackers or chicken soup and crackers.  It all depends on how I feel.  So I will call this blog complete for today.  I can not wait to feel better.


Exercise:
Wednesday -Yes!  I rolled out of bed with no problems and got to work and did my 15 minute routine.
Thursday -No!! and NO!!!  My stomach is hurting so bad.  It is so tender like I had been up all night hurling.  Thank goodness I had not.  But I might feel better if I did.


Inspirational Thought:
I spoke with my daughter about how I was feeling.  She said well look on the bright side... you might loose a few extra pounds.  This is not the bright side.  I want to earn every stinking pound I get rid of... not like this.  Pray for me!!
