Friday, Week 10

It is Friday!!!  Woo Hoo!  For lunch today I went to Lucky Village for Chinese food.  I documented 500 calories but I don't think I ate 500 calories.  I ate a small amount of beef and broccoli, corn, stir fry lo mein, another small amount of chicken and carrots, salad, and of course two fortune cookies.

After a busy day at work, Steve and I ran errands on the way home.  First stop, the cleaners to drop off clothes.  Then, PetSmart to get dog food.  Academy, we searched and found kettelbells three in a set 5lb., 10lb. and 15 lb. weights with a handle for two hands.  Lastly, the grocery store.

Melissa and Arianna were at the house when we got home.  I ate leftover soup.  Steve and Melissa ate homemade guacamole.   Tomorrow Steve will be fixing Melissa's water pipes.  Pray all goes well.
