Wednesday, Week 10:

I had a busy day today at work but my knee is feeling O.K.

I ate out twice today.  For lunch I ate a dry baked potato with chopped beef in it and a side of green beans.  Not too bad, but very filling.  Olive Garden was the choice for dinner.  I ate salad and spaghetti with marinara sauce.  I only ate half of the spaghetti served and left the rest.  Man am I full.  I will have hot tea in a bit that will help with digestion and getting ready for bed.
