Monday, Week 12:

Daily comments:
Well today was another one of those days where I could not get up out of bed.  I hit that snooze button 3 or 4 times before finally rolling out of bed.  But once I was up... what a beautiful day.

God is so good all the time!!  All the time God is good!!  I love music.  Music gets my toes a tapping and my face a smiling.  At work today I had a bunch of data to input so I put on my ear buds and turned on the country music and I was happy.  Carrie Underwood is awesome.

I am so enjoying eating better and exercising.  I am loving my loose pants.  There is a definition that is visible right under my breast bone.  Unbelievable!  Twenty three pounds does not sound like much compared to needing to loose 80 pounds.  But I think that is the devil polluting my mind.  Every pound I loose I am feeling better and stronger and I can do a little more with each pound gone.

Today my food plan was so easy.  I was not even hungry.  I keep fun size Baby Ruth bars in my desk at work for a 3:00 p.m. snack if I want it.  They are 83 calories.  As long as I account for it in calorie intake for the day, I am good.  Today I thought about eating one but I thought... I am not even hungry.  The nuts on my Food Diary that say Afternoon Snack are really what I ate while I was in the kitchen cooking dinner.


Exercise:
Yes!!  I worked out with my Kettlebells and dumbbells in the living room for 15 minutes.  I have added sit ups with the 10 pound Kettlebell.  Laying on the floor to do them hurts so I lay on an ottoman and chair.  It is cushy on my back and tail bone and still works the stomach muscles.  Every little bit helps!  I like my Kettlebells.  My knee was OK today.
