Monday, Week 10

My knee is swollen and hurting.  I have been limping all day. No exercising today, I am barely walking.  I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to find out how badly I have screwed up my knee.  Hopefully it is something small.

I wasn't very hungry this morning so I only had a banana and grape juice (light).  I usually eat much more for breakfast.  For lunch I ate at Chili's.  The hot sauce and chips were delicious.  I love how I can eat just a few chips loaded with hot sauce and have my fill.  I ate the Caribbean salad.  It has lettuce, pineapples, craisins, finely chopped red bell pepper, and grilled shrimp in a lime citrus dressing.  For dinner I made my own simple salad at home and splurged with a dessert punch of pineapple juice with sherbet mixed in it.  It is a delicious dessert!  I usually put only 1 of 2 tablespoons of sherbet.  But that is where the splurging came in.  I added 3/4 of a cup but I stayed within my calorie allotment for the day with calories left over. Yahoo!!
