Great morning! I started my Sunday with exercises, dumbbell arm exercise, and treadmill intervals of walking and jogging. Halfway through my treadmill routine my knee started to aggravate me very badly. I continued my routine until I was finished. My knee is now swollen and aching and I am limping. I pulled the ligaments in my knee years ago on a ski trip. My knee has been doing so well for such a long time, I did not think I would aggravate it by jogging on the treadmill. I will be walking and nursing my knee for awhile.
After church the family came to the house for lunch. I had started a pot roast in the oven at 7:00 a.m. I made cabbage and a corn, carrot, asparagus mix to go with it. It was delicious!! I was able to spoil Arianna all afternoon. What could be better?

Hmm! I'll bet it was delicious! Sorry about your knee! Hope it's better soon! You can still work out the arms, even sitting....lifting your granddaughter. :D
