Tuesday, Week 9:

Another wonderful day!  I am loving one good day after the next.

Just like yesterday, I got up, let the dogs out, and then went back to bed for 30 minutes before I could get going on the exercises and treadmill.  I have to stop that!! 

I did better on the treadmill today.  Yesterday I barely got to 10 minutes and I had to stop.  Today I got to 10 minutes so quickly and felt good.  I even spent one more minute in a cool down.  But I had to stop and get in the shower. That getting back in bed cost me time.

It is late.  I will share more tomorrow!
