Saturday A.M., Week 10:

Saturday morning is my weigh in day.  I weigh in on the last day of the week in the morning.  I could not wait to update my blog.  I have lost 2 more pounds.  Yea!!!!!!  Twenty one pounds gone... on my way to 80 pounds going bye-bye.  Slow and steady wins the race and I know that.  But a little part of me wishes I could step on the scale like the participants on the show "The Biggest Loser" and see 17 pounds lost.  I guess to do that I would have to work as hard as they do and sweat as much as they do.  But, 11 weeks ago I did not feel like doing anything.  I am so thankful that I feel like loosing weight.  So thankful that I feel like exercises.  I am heading out now to try my new Kettlebells.  Woo Hoo!  Can you believe I feel like Kettlebelling?!!  Ha ha ha ha!!
