Saturday, Week 12:

Daily comments:
Hooray!!  Two more pounds gone and I earned them.  Hallelujah!!  I weighed in at 179 pounds this morning.

I am finally ready to tell... I started out at 204 pounds.  I am aiming for 124 pounds.  I may find on my adventure that I am at the correct weight at 130 pounds but I am shooting for the stars.  I want 124 pounds if it is obtainable.  I will know when I get there!

Blogging equals staying accountable.  Logging what I eat equals knowing the truth and planning for the best.  I may be a blogger and logger for life...if that is what it takes.  Weighing less feels sooooo good.  I don't want to ever go back.

My stomach is soooooo much better today.  I feel like myself.  I have a busy day planned, shopping and preparing for as baby shower and preparing crafts for Holiday in the Grove, but I am starting out the day with family and eating eggs, biscuits and gravy.  Mm-mm-good!!


Exercise:
Oh Yes!  Kettlebells and dumbbells, full 15 minutes... after I had my wonderful, delicious, glad to be feeling better breakfast.

I am shopping for a smaller size pants today.  My pants are falling off!!  Yea for me!!
