Saturday, Week 11:

Daily comments:
I love Saturday mornings!!  Sleeping late.  Weighing in!! Cooking eggs, biscuits, and gravy for the family.  Cleaning house and running errands!!  Praise God for a slow and restful day!


Exercise:
I am taking a break today.  I am cleaning house; sweeping, mopping, and dusting.  So I am getting some movement in my day.  Maybe later today I will take Magic for a walk.

I weighed in today!  Hallelujah!  2 more pounds gone.  Thank you Lord!  Keep me on track.
 
We have booked Walt Disney World Florida in December.  I want the pictures we take this year of me to be the best ever with as many pounds off as I can get off before we go.  
I read a site yesterday that said when you are at Disney you walk about 11 miles a day.  Woo Hoo!!!  I want to get me some of that.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Often!!
