Tuesday, Week 12:

Daily comments:
Well... my bed was so comfortable this morning and I was so sore and lazy that I "REALLY" could not get out of bed.  By the time I did roll out, it was so late I had to get straight into the shower and missed my exercises.  :( 

The last time I went to the grocery store I was looking at the Oatmeal and considering the calories for a breakfast meal.  My favorite is Quaker Oats instant Maple and Brown Sugar in the individual packages.  I purchased for the first time, Sugar Free H.E.B. brand instant Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal.  I like it!  I add a tsp. of Country Crock Shedd Spread and two packets of Splenda and it is delicious, 100 calories for one packet.  Couple that with a piece of toast and a banana and you have a well rounded breakfast.
Exercise:
No!!  But I was so sore it was good for me to have a day off.  I will be back at it tomorrow.
