Sunday, Week 11:

Sunday!  Being together with Church, singing, praying, and worshiping God was uplifting.  After worship, the family came to the house and Steve cooked steak and I prepared the vegetables. Mmm Mmm Good!!

I prepared fresh fruit salad for Life Group (small church group that meets in a home) that meets on Sunday evening.  We had a great meeting and a very good meal with wonderful conversation during the meal.  Life Group rocks!!

I have "enjoyed" the benefits of my Kettlebell exercises all day today.  That means... my shoulders, and inner thighs are hollering in pain, not screaming just hollering.  I am looking forward to doing my Kettlebells tomorrow.
