Monday, Week 9:

What a beautiful Monday!  God is good!

I got up this morning with a new resolve. I had a plan!  I was going to use my brand new dumbbells and do my arm exercises in the back yard.  Then I was going to use my brand new jump rope and at least do a minimum of 25 jumps, twice.  And then, off to my treadmill and do 15 minutes @ 3 mph before getting in the shower.

What really happened was... I got up.  Took my dogs outside.  Forgot my shoes.  It was cold!!  I went back to bed!  But the good news is, I got up 30 minutes later and started all over again.  I got dressed in scrubs and tennis shoes and was able to follow my plan, except that I chose only to do 10 minutes @ 3 mph on the treadmill.  I didn't want to over do it.  I have not even finished my antibiotics yet.

After a good day at work, Steve and I went out to Olive Garden with friends.  We sat and talked and talked and talked.  It was a lot of fun catching up on so much of each others lives.  I am looking forward to tomorrow.

    Later on in the day I'll be kicking myself for not committing to walk. Duh!
