Thursday, Week 11:

Daily comments:
Steve had a fasting doctor's appointment this morning.  So we were up and out of the house at 7:30 a.m. to make an 8:00 a.m. appointment.  The doctor told him yet again that he needs to start exercising so he will feel better.  Hey, maybe he will get on the same band-wagon I am on.  I might see a  slimmer honey soon.



Exercise:
Not today!  Up and out too early.  I missed the Kettlebells.

  1. I really don't like missing my exercise. I haven't gotten to the point that I really like to exercise; but I like the benefits and the way I feel afterwards. It still seems like a chore, but I'm working on re-grooving my mind!
