Sunday, Week 12:

Daily comments:
Sunday!  What a beautiful day.  What a great day for worshiping the Lord.

After worship, Melanie invited the family to her house for lunch.  Steve and I ran home and picked up salad fixings.  We ate delicious hamburgers, cooked on the grill, and salad.  We sat around and played with Arianna and some of us played videos games.  We watched the movie Bridesmaids.  It was great spending time with family.

While we were at Melanie's house, I ate a hamburger, salad, and ice cream for lunch.  I ate pizza and ice cream for dinner.  I stayed within my allotted calories for the day... Woo Hoo!!



This Peacock Bass weighed in at twenty three pounds.  I have lost a whole Peacock Bass.

I happily await my next weigh in. 






Exercise:
Oh yes!  I did dumbbells and Kettlebells in the living room this morning for 15 minutes.  I will not be doing my exercises in the back yard until the mosquitoes are under control.  Just stepping outside for a minute I am slapping and killing mosquitoes swamping my legs.
