Sunday, Week 9:

Sunday is the first day of the week.  It was a fantastic day.  Being with the church family this morning was uplifting.  Lunch at Saltgrass was delicious!




Weigh in for Week 8, "1" more pound gone.
That is a total of 18 pounds.

This turkey weighs 18 pounds.

Whew!!  I'm glad that is gone.





I went to Academy Sports and Outdoors after church and purchased my dumbbells and jump rope.  I have adjusted the rope to my height and have tried out both the jump rope and the weights.  I am ready to get moving every morning now, arm exercises, jump rope, and then treadmill.  Woo Hoo!
