What a great day!! I slept late. Weighed in and lost 2 pounds!! I did my exercises. I cleaned the house and then ran out to do some errands. I had a blast. It was a beautiful day.
My Kettlebell exercise this morning was fabulous. I started out watching the instructional DVD. Then went out in the back yard and tried out my 10 lb. Kettlebell for 10 minutes. Then I came inside and did 12 more minutes with the 5lb. and 10 lb. Kettlebells and 8 lb. dumbbells. Then I walked 6 minutes on the treadmill. I wore my knee brace. Feels good!
After experiencing the Kettlebells, I plan to use all 3 Kettlebell weights, 5, 10, and 15 lb., with different exercises. Hopefully this will work the muscles and confuse the muscles. I wonder if everyone that uses Kettlebells the first time...drops or accidentally throws the Kettlebell...just once. I won't do it again.
Steve cooked T-bone steaks on the grill for dinner. It was delicious!!

That is too funny and scary at the same time. The kettlebell sort of reminds me of a smaller bowling ball with a handle...I've seen some people bowl and they have actually let go of the ball on the back swing...
