Wednesday, Week 14:

Exercise:
I woke up "early" this morning... ready to do my Kettlebell exercises!!  I did 20 minutes and tried a few new exercise moves.  I am energized even more to loose my 80 pounds and get healthy after seeing several links on Youtube yesterday .  If you missed this link, here it is again.

Daily comments:
I ate a breakfast sandwich in the car on the way to work.  It was delicious!!

Lunch was at Olive Garden.  Marty and I went by ourselves, Steve had a test to monitor so we picked up food to-go for him.  I had soup and salad, no breadsticks, and I chose to have peach tea.

Dinner was a BLT sandwich and soup.  It turned out to be a BT sandwich.  We were out of lettuce.  It was still a very tasty sandwich.

Logging the food I eat each day on Livestrong.com keeps me aware of how many calories I am eating.  Logging my food, drinking water instead of soda, and making wise choices has really made my food taste amazing.

I can do this!!!
