Friday, Week 15:

Exercise:
It was a little chilly this morning... but I rolled out of bed.  After getting really cold standing at the back door waiting on the dogs, I did my dumbbells and Kettlebells in the living room for 20 minutes.


Daily comments:
Today was a good day.  Not too much work to get done ...and we were able to leave early.  Woo Hoo!

Thanksgiving is coming!  Turkey.  Ham.  Sweet Potatoes.  Deviled eggs.  Cheesecake.  Pumpkin Pie.  Pecan Pie.  Oh my goodness!!  I plan to eat in moderation!!   I will not over eat!!  I will not sabotage what I have done and where I am going.  I will eat sensibly and enjoy!!

  1. You know...it's going to be easy to resist all the food...we've had a lot of practice. If we had only just started our new healthier way of eating...it would have been tough. No problem for us now!
