Monday, Week 14:

Exercise:
Oh YES!!!  Dumbbells and Kettlebells.  I am adding and mixing up the routine!!  I like it!




Daily comments:
I went to the doctor today.  It was confirmed that I have a hernia.  It is located close to my belly button.  I will schedule surgery for the beginning of January after Disney and after Christmas.  For six weeks after the surgery  I will have to limit my activities, no lifting, and NO Kettlebelling.  I will continue exercising during that six week time frame but it will have to be walking.
