Exercise:
No!  It was way too cold.  The temperature in the house was 60 degrees.  I turned the heater on and jumped in a hot shower.



Daily comments:
It was a great day.  Two co-workers and myself went to visit a co-worker in the hospital that just had a baby.  The baby girl was beautiful, 6lbs and 3oz.  Her skin and the shape of her head was perfect.  She was delivered C-section.  After the visit we stopped at Luby's and ate.  I had tilapia, cabbage, and broccoli.  It was a large full lunch.

After returning to work, I left early.  I had to go get ready for Holiday in the Grove.  Vendors and myself set up our wares for tomorrow.  I am heading up the crafts table.

After setting up and helping in some other areas too, I got to feeling terrible.  My back, head, and eyes were hurting.  I think my blood sugar took a dive.  I got in the car to head home and I did not think I would make it.  So, I stopped at a gas station and purchased water and Planters Almonds.  As I drink and ate the almonds, I began to feel better.  Marty picked up Taco Bell for himself, Steve and me.  I ate 2 Tostados with extra lettuce and extra tomatoes.  I ate ever bite.  Oh My Gosh!  I can't stand when that happens.

  1. You are so cute! I enjoy your little photos. Yes, skinny does feel really good!

    I hate it when my blood sugar dips. I get all shaky and nearly fall out! I've learned to keep some almonds and whole wheat crackers in my purse and car.
