Saturday, Week 13:

Exercise:
No!  But before you think I am just being totally lazy, I have been preparing for Holiday in the Grove.  I have been staying up late prepping crafts for the day of shopping and making crafts and then sleeping late in the mornings.  We made pine cone ornaments and many learned how to make a Christmas bow.

Daily comments:
Saturday is my weigh in day!  I lost 1 pound this week.  If I had kept up with my exercises maybe it would have been 2 pounds.  But, upward and onward... and back to Kettlebell-ing!!

For breakfast this morning, I cut up an orange, strawberries, 1/2 a grapefruit,  and a banana and made the perfect fruit salad.  It was most excellent!!

After Holiday in the Grove (today) I went out to eat, by myself, at Olive Garden.  Mmm-mmm-good!!  I ate soup and salad.  Then I went to the mall and went shopping for jeans.  Last week I bought a size smaller black Worthington slacks.  Today I bought that same size smaller in jeans, only 2 pair, cause I plan on buying the next size smaller in a few more weeks.

My Disney World Florida trip is coming up in December.  I will need to go shopping before my trip for a couple of sweat suits\jogging suits cause the ones I had last year are too big.  Oh my!  What a problem to have!

  1. Beautiful ornaments! Very creative. Olive garden soup and salad are really yummy! I have to avoid the breadsticks...I usually ask them to not bring them out, unless I'm with my peeps.

    Disney vacation...fun stuff.

    The cartoon is funny. Oddly enough, I have put a mirror on the front of the refrigerator...it didn't help. I only stuck out my tongue at myself and got the food anyway.
    Now, I might put up a mirror just to admire my returning girlish figure...:D
