Tuesday, Week 15:

Exercise:
I turned off the alarm this morning instead of pushing the snooze button.  So I grabbed those dumbbells on the way out the back door with Magic and Gidget.  I did 10 minutes outside and 10 minutes inside.
Daily comments:
I had a very busy day today at work inputting data, data, data!!  I made it through by listening to Christmas music on Pandora.  I was humming and singing the day away. 

Steve and I had to work late,  trying to get a project out the door by Wednesday.  When we finally left we stopped and ate at Saltgrass.  I ate mushrooms, spinach salad and steak soup.  Man am I full.

  1. I like Saltgrass...one of my favorite places to eat. The salad and baked potato soup! YUM! The bread...I have to ignore. The fried mushrooms...hmmm good! and definitely, absolutely NO dessert!
    We both enjoy the Texas Twist or the Lone Star Swirl...although I haven't had a frosty drink since I began my new healthy eating plan...too much sugar.
