I hope my new found "get out of bed" energy continues. I have been rolling out of bed this week with no problem. It takes me a few minutes to wake up but I am on my feet moving to the bathroom and then moving to the back door to let the dogs out. Exercising while the dogs potty was a good idea but not really a good plan in real life. I am still a zombie (not awake) while the dogs are doing their business and now it is cold out there and just going to get colder. So, my living room has become my Kettlebell spot and Gidget watches me while she is curled up in a blanket on the couch. I'm looking forward to tomorrow morning!!

Well, I've been kettlebelling every night. My legs and arms and ribcage are very sore! I'm not sure about the clothes in the photos, but the ripped body is just fine with me. We can do it!
