I rolled out of bed today just minutes before the alarm was to go off. I let the dogs out and waited sleepy and tired for the dogs. When they were done, it was time for dumbbells and Kettlebells, 20 minutes.

After work, I came home, changed clothes, and prepared to pick up my grandson, Anthony, and take him out for a driving lesson. He has his driving test tomorrow with the DPS!! Anthony drove us to the elementary school and we used their traffic cones to practice parallel parking. Then he drove us to Cracker Barrel and we ate a delicious dinner. I ate Grilled Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout, green beans, and carrots. Mmmm!!
Anthony drove and drove from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. He is driving pretty well except when he makes turns on 2 wheels while I am shouting... slow down! Show Down!! SLOW DOWN!!!!! or ten cars away from a stop light and the light is yellow and he is not EVEN slowing down while I am shouting...stop! Stop!! STOP!!!!
He needs more practice even if he passes his driving test tomorrow!! The good news is... I survived!!

I can hear you shouting! That is hilarious! I still do that from time to time...Wade doesn't like it, though!
ReplyDeleteI will laugh everytime I think of this...while driving in traffic. Thanks for the laugh.
Dinner sounded great!!!! Go WENDY!
Sometimes I still do that when my youngest son is driving. I push really hard on my imaginary brake pedal!! Stopped vehicles seem to come up much quicker when you are riding and not driving!
