Daily comments:
Starting my day off with a Kettlebell workout gets my blood pumping, my heart racing, and works my entire body. I am trying to be very motivated this week and maybe loose an extra pound or two.
For breakfast I had an excellent Fruit Salad. It was all natural, an orange, a banana, strawberries, and half a grapefruit. Very good! For lunch I ate at Luby's Cafeteria. I ate vegetables and a wheat roll. Vegetables are light and do not last very long in your stomach. Around 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. I started getting a head ache and a neck ache and I knew I was getting hungry so I had a cinnamon apple sauce. It tided me over for awhile. But on the way home, I started feeling really lousy. I pulled from my emergency stash, Planters peanuts and ate till they were gone. One, I might need to eat a little more at lunch. Two, I need to have some healthy items in my emergency stash.
I am so excited... thinking about 80 pounds being gone and my body being sculpted with my Kettlebells. It is going to be great and I am never going to be 80 pounds heavy again.
