Tuesday, Week 17:

Exercise and Daily comments:
I woke up this morning feeling sick.  I am catching a cold or flu or something.  This is not good... a week before Disney.  So, no "bells" today.  Pray I get to feeling better fast!!

I have been sitting here watching 'The Biggest Looser".  Man!  Those participants have come a long way.  They have loss so much weight.  They look so much better!!  Then I thought I have come a long way.  I have lost 30 pounds.  I look so much better.  I am on a journey that I am enjoying.  I have 50 pounds to go to reach my goal and I am looking forward to loosing each and every pound.

On "The Biggest Looser" tonight, five participants competed in a race to the top of a hill.  They each had to don weights equaling the weight they had lost, 102 lbs, 112 lbs, etc.  This goldfish weighs 30 pounds.  It represents the 30 pounds I have lost.


I can not imagine donning that much weight again.  I mean.. look at that 30 pounds.  Why would anyone want to carry that around everyday on your arms, legs, thighs, and stomach.  Man!  I am so glad those 30 pounds are gone.  I want to remember how far I have come even when it doesn't feel that far and I want to keep going!!

If you are on a journey... keep it up!  You can do it!
