I had trouble going to sleep last night. So... I over slept this morning.
When I finally rolled out of bed, I scooped up my dumbbells, checked the time on the grandfather clock, and headed out the back door with Magic and Gidget and started my exercises. I did 10 minutes outside and finished up my last 10 minutes inside. I love my dumbbells and Kettlebells. It is such a blessing to enjoy my exercises.
I know this is a guy...but they don't even look like the same person!!

When you have a goal in mind, you must keep your eyes on the prize, on the goal. Every choice you make will determine whether you get closer to the goal or farther away from the goal. My goal is 124 pounds. My goal is a healthy and lean body with identifiable abs. Food choices and exercising are KEY. Exercising is now part of my life. I have lost 28 pounds and it feels so good. Thank you Lord!! It is just gonna keep on getting better.
