I got up on this fine Sunday morning and started off my day with dumbbells and Kettlebells for 20 minutes.
Many women include Kettlebells to get full body workout in less time. Kettlebell workouts benefit both men and women in many ways.
* Strength gains unlike weight training Kettlebells use alot of the stabilizer muscles for added strength gains.
* Lean Muscle Building – using Kettlebells will not bulk you up (this is another fallacy even with weight training for women)
* Awesome cardio benefits ( try just 10 minutes of Kettlebell swings snatches etc and you will be convinced of the cardio
* Fat Loss in less time. In a recent study conducted by the highly respected American Council on Exercise, participants burned approximately 20 calories per minute–that’s 1,200 calories per hour
* The ability to work aerobically and anaerobically at the same time.

Beautiful Sunday morning with church! We walked right in at Pappadeaux's for lunch. I ate Grilled Tilapia with green beans and broccoli. It was excellent! Then home for a nap... but it was short... cause I got my Pampered Chef telephone call. Yea!! I finished up my order. Man! I got a lot of good things.
Melissa, Anthony and Arianna came over for supper. Steve cooked Spaghetti and I made a great salad. Ariana and I (along with Gidget) rested on the couch while watching T.V. Good times!!

That is so cute!!! Precious little baby girl, loving grandmother, and pooch! My dog sits on my hip, just like that when I'm lying on the couch.
