I got my alarm to work today on the "radio" wake up setting instead of the "ring" wake up setting. But... this morning I kept hitting the snooze button and I slept way too long. I started my KettleWorx anyway. Yea!! Instead of 2 sets of routines today, the DVD for week two had 3 sets. I had to stop after set 2 not because I was tired but I would have been running really late. I will get myself out of bed in the morning and do all 3 sets. The bed is just so inviting that I do not want to get up.

Food Diary:
Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 egg whites, and Activia Light 70 calories Peach,
Lunch: Luby's; meatloaf, broccoli, cabbage, coleslaw
Snack: An apple, 100 cal chex mix
Dinner: Egg sandwich, pineapples and pears
I hit the snooze button on my alarm too and completely missed my opportunity to walk. I feel annoyed at my laziness, but at the same time. I still was able to squeeze in the walk...:D
