OH! MY!! YES!!
I started my new KettleWorx DVD's yesterday and did my first DVD "The Core". The program is set up to do 20 minutes every other day with a rest day in between. But, if you think you are needing more or your exercise level is up to it, there are 10 minute DVD's for those in between days.
I got up today. Dressed for exercising. Popped in one of the 10 minute routines, Fast Fat Burn. I though if it was not enough I would do two "10 minute" routines. Boy was I wrong! One 10 minute routine kicked my butt. I am pretty proud to say when I work along with a DVD, I do all the reps and keep up with the instructor. Not this time! Man! My legs, thighs, hips, abs are in pain. Getting up out of my seat hurts. Walking hurts. Bending down to pick up anything hurts. That is good I guess!! But OUCH!!
Daily comments:
Melissa and Melanie came over tonight and made Cake Balls in the kitchen each for their own reasons. It was nice hearing them in the kitchen laughing, telling stories, and having fun. I was in the living room having fun with Arianna. She is so big, so alert, smiling, laughing, and reaching for toys. She is so much fun, 4 months and 16+ pounds.
Arianna was tired and I was exhausted!!
Food Diary:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites and 1 egg scrambled
1 piece of toast with 2 tsp of Country Crock shed spread
1 whole small grapefruit
light grapefruit juice
Lunch: Luby's Cafeteria Fish, carrots, green beans, cabbage and a wheat roll
Snack: an orange and an apple
Dinner: Taco Bello, taco and 2 tostados

ReplyDeleteI completely understand about being sore. I couldn't even lift my arms during praise and worship. Sports Cream, Hot bath, and rest!!!!
