Happy New Year to everyone!! I hope your Christmas and New Years was spectacular and that your time with family was the best! My Christmas and New Years was exactly that.
I thoroughly enjoyed it all. I have not blogged or logged my food for over two weeks. I gained a total of 4 pounds. I am not going to be sorry for those 4 pounds... cause I had fun! I ate Oreo balls and way too many chocolate chip cookies. I am known for not being a cook but I made some chocolate chip cookies from scratch that were soooooo good.
The Holidays are now over and it is back to business! Today was my first day to be back working the plan. It was a good day. I had planned on Kettlebelling this morning but when I woke up the house was freezing cold. No heater. Steve got up and turned on the heater and I huddled in the bed till I though it was warm enough to get up and in the shower. I plan to Kettle bell tomorrow.
I ordered the Kettleworx brand Kettlebells and the package pack DVD's a couple of days after Christmas. They should be delivered by the end of the week. I am looking forward to hitting it hard. I would love to see me weighing 160 pounds by the end of January. Probably too much to ask for but I can hope and dream and shoot for the stars.

Breakfast: Sugar Free Oatmeal, toast
Lunch: One Tostado with extra lettuce and tomato,
a few bits of chips and hot sauce and guacomola
Bean soup
Afternoon Snack: An orange and an apple
Dinner: Roast beef sandwich
