Exercise:
I did 20 minutes of "bells" this morning.  I used my Gymboss for the first time.  It is an interval timer.  I set it for 1 minute intervals with 10 seconds rest in between for 20 minutes.  Instead of counting my reps I did my reps for 1 minute.  I was good and tired afterwards.
Daily comments: 
Steve and I had a doctors appointment this morning.  When our appointments were complete I had to take Steve home.  He ran a temp and had a pain in his stomach all day.  I went on to the office to work on that pile of paperwork.  I got closer to being finished.

Message:
When you are in grief/sorrow, be confident that God is always there  to hear your voice. Call unto Him anytime/anywhere and He will wipe out  your tears and fill you with happiness.
Food Diary:
Breakfast -banana and an apple
Lunch -Subway BMT
Snack at work -2 peanut butter crackers
Snack before dinner -vegetable crackers and peanut butter
Dinner - 2 tostados with extra lettuce and tomato
 

 
I hope you both are feeling better! The gymboss sounds interesting. No counting...I think I might give that a try. Good idea.
