Exercise:
No! Sickness has run through our entire house and we are just feeling like we are getting back to ourselves. My body is still achy all over. When I wake up in the mornings I have not been thinking "exercise" but I am missing my Kettlebells! I hope life will return to normal soon.
Daily comments:
I have two doctor appointments on Thursday, my endocrinologist and my eye doctor. I woke up this morning and remembered I needed to have blood work drawn in preparation for the endocrinologist appointment. After having blood drawn on an empty stomach, I ate mixed nuts with almonds on the way to work.
After work Steve and I ran by our daughter Melissa's house to drop off some work for her and to visit with our grand baby, Arianna. They are now sick at their house. Diarrhea, vomiting and yuck. The baby was so cranky and tired. I bounced her in my arms till she feel asleep. I think I got some Kettlebelling in while I was there. The Kettlebell was shaped like a 15 pound baby. I hope they get well soon!
Inspirational Thought:
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified
because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you;
he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Deuteronomy 31:5, 6
Keep your lives free from the love of money
and be content with what you have, because God has said,
"Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
Hebrews 13:5
