Tuesday, Week 8:

Well I went back to work today.  I got through the day on Halls cough drops and hot tea with honey.

I'm sitting here now, after dinner, watching "The Biggest Loser" and I'm thinking... those people on the show have a lot more weight to loose than I do.  I got this!!  I watched "The Biggest Loser" last season and I saw those people transform!!  I'm ready to transform! 

Transforming is going to require exercise of some kind.  I own a treadmill and three dogs.  The treadmill has been collecting dust.  That's going to change!  The dogs?  Two of them are Chihuahuas and they must be accompanied outside.  (Hawks!)  So, while the dogs are doing their business, I am going to do arm exercises with dumbbells instead of sitting in the lawn chair.  I am going to start walking on the treadmill and work on increasing the percent grade every morning before I hit the shower.    As time goes by I will include more as I work up to more.
