Breakfast -an apple, 1/2 light grape juice, fruit smoothie
Snack -Hot Blueberry tea with Splenda
Lunch -Chicken taco, a few chips and hot sauce
Snack -1/2 bag of 100 calorie popcorn
Dinner -Saltgrass steak, salad, asparagus, and a few fried mushrooms
